Since 2012, we at verkaufen.ch have pursued a clear goal: to extend the lifespan of electronic products and conserve valuable resources.

What began as a Swiss company is now part of an international recommerce group. Since June 2025, Recommerce AG – known through verkaufen.ch and reparieren.ch – has been part of the international Recommerce Group headquartered in Paris. In Switzerland, the group is represented by our teams in Steinhausen and Fribourg.

Together, the two Swiss companies employ around 55 people and sell or repair more than 150,000 devices per year.

Quality in numbers

Every device is inspected, refurbished and, where necessary, repaired by us. We use original parts exclusively.

Our Google rating of 4.7 and a warranty claim rate of just 0.2% for the devices we sell demonstrate the importance we place on quality.

Our devices come with a 24-month warranty, including the battery. If, for example, you are not happy with the colour or cosmetic condition after your purchase, you can return the device within 30 days.

Certified Service Provider for Apple and Samsung

We have been a certified service provider for Apple and Samsung for around ten years. Our employees receive regular training and carry out repairs in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements.

We also apply this expertise when inspecting and refurbishing our pre-owned devices.
